Subject: Tuition and fee payment slips for continuing students for Semester 2 of Academic Year 2025 will be available from January 26, 2026 (Monday). Please download and print the payment slip from the Bank of Taiwan Tuition and Fees Portal and complete payment. Payment deadline: February 23 (Monday). Please make sure to complete payment before the start of the semester. Kindly read the following details carefully.
Applicable to: Day division students in four-year programs, two-year programs, five-year junior college programs, two-year junior college programs, in-service master’s programs, industry master’s programs, and graduate students (including master’s and doctoral programs).
Description:
- Before making payment, please confirm that the payment slip is for Semester 2 of Academic Year 2025.
- Payment deadline: February 23, 2026 (Monday). Please pay on time.
- Students eligible for tuition reduction must use the reduced-amount payment slip for payment or for applying for student loans.
- Students applying for student loans should take the tuition payment slip to the Bank of Taiwan to process the loan. Graduate students wishing to include book fees and credit-hour fees should apply together, with a maximum of 14 credits eligible. The maximum loan amount includes book fees up to NT$3,000; low-income students may borrow an additional NT$40,000 for living expenses, and lower-middle-income students may borrow an additional NT$20,000. - Extended study students who wish to apply for student loans should download the "Extended Study/Graduating Student Loan Application Form" from the eCare system, complete all required approvals, and then proceed directly to the Bank of Taiwan Huwei Branch to apply. Please upload the second copy of the loan application form to the eCare system (eCare > Online Forms and Applications > Student Loan Application) before March 3, 2026 (Tuesday). Note that the application information is only for loan processing and does not represent final course registration results. Non-loan extended study students should complete course add/drop procedures within the designated period and, after the second batch of payment slips (tuition/credit-hour fees) is announced, download and print the slip from the Bank of Taiwan portal and complete payment and registration before the deadline.
- After the payment deadline, all collection channels will be automatically closed. Payment via credit card, post office, and convenience stores will no longer be available. For late payments, please bring the printed payment slip to any Bank of Taiwan branch or pay via online ATM, Taiwan Pay, or ATMs nationwide. Please refer to the bottom section of the payment slip for ATM payment instructions.
- Students applying for student loans must not use this payment slip for payment. According to registration guidelines, do not apply for loans at the Bank of Taiwan after the loan application deadline has passed.
- The Cashier Division provides computers for students who are unable to print their payment slips on their own.
- Please download and print the payment slip from the Bank of Taiwan Tuition and Fees Portal: https://school.bot.com.tw/newTwbank/StudentLogin.aspx.
The default system identification code for this university is 7 digits: the last 3 digits of the birth year + 2 digits of the month + 2 digits of the day.
