【Academic Affairs Division Announcement】Application for Minor and Double Major for the Second Semester of Academic Year 2025

1. Application Period: January 12, 2026 (Monday) to February 26, 2026 (Thursday).

2. Relevant regulations for minors and double majors, as well as the required course lists for each department, are available on the Academic Affairs Office / Academic Affairs Division / Minor and Double Major section. Students who intend to apply are advised to review the information online in advance. (Web link)

3. Eligibility:

1. Application for a Minor: Students from all departments may apply to pursue a minor at this university or at a partner institution starting from the second year; however, fourth-year students are not eligible to apply for a minor.
2. Application for a Double Major:
(1) Undergraduate students in four-year bachelor’s programs who have completed the first academic year with excellent academic performance may apply, starting from the second year, to pursue a double major in a different field at this university or at a partner institution.
(2) Applicants for a double major must rank within the top 50% of their class or department and have a conduct grade of 80 or above.


4. Students applying for a minor or double major must complete the application form, obtain approval and signatures from their current department and the department of the intended minor or double major, and submit the completed form to the Academic Affairs Division within the announced application period.

6. Day division four-year program students with any questions may contact the respective staff of the Academic Affairs Division.

Continuing education division students should contact the staff of the Continuing Education Academic Affairs Division.
