4. Established the “Agricultural and Biotechnology Product Inspection Service Center” to provide student internships and services
5. Expanded facilities on the second floor of the Green Building and the first floor of the Phase I Teaching Building
6. Established the Industry–Academia Cooperative Program in ROC Year 100
7. Developed off-campus student internship programs (including contracts with research institutes, industry, farmers’ associations, etc.)
8. Collaborated with the Incubation Center and industrial parks to build an “Industry–Academia Collaboration Platform”
9. Partnered with the Yunlin County Government to establish the “Agricultural University Program” for practical talent cultivation

1. Planned and hosted the “National Conference on Biotechnology and Health Industries” (NFU main venue) in ROC Year 107.
2. Passed inspection of the animal facility in ROC Year 107 (upgraded from “Good” to “Excellent,” thanks to faculty efforts).
3. Planned, secured funding for, and completed the following in ROC Year 108:
  (1) 2019 Department of Biotechnology recruitment video
  (2) Renovation of major practical training facilities and establishment of Multifunctional Seminar Room (IV) in the Mechanical Engineering Building
4. Passed Department Teaching Quality Assurance Accreditation (ROC Years 109–114) by HEEACT in ROC Year 109
5. Secured funding from the Fengtay Foundation in ROC Year 109 for facility and equipment upgrades of the Agricultural Inspection Center led by Director 沈振峯
6. Approved by the Ministry of Education to establish the “Intelligent Biotechnology Program” in ROC Year 110
7. Secured funding, planned, and completed the shared P2 laboratory for the department in ROC Year 110 (a university-level environmental safety unit)
p.s. During the term, two faculty members transferred to the Department of Agricultural Science, and three new professional faculty members were recruited
